Executive Chef Nico Bouter, formerly of Eleven Madison Park and Flora Bar, has crafted both a 5-course prix fixe menu or à la carte menu to chose from.

Drawing on his Dutch roots, Chef Bouter’s stand out dishes include the Lamb Guiso, Schnitzel, Duck Gnocchi, and Tiger Bread. All paired with a well-curated selection of wines from from around the world and a rotating selection of craft beers.
